Ingredients
- 6 Cups Cabbage, Shredded
- 1 Cup Shredded Carrot
- ¼ Cup Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- S & P to taste
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix until the cabbage is completely coated.
Refrigerate for an hour or two before serving. This is great as a side and for any BBQ dish.
